The Women’s Program at Teen Challenge Uganda is a life-transforming residential and outreach initiative designed to restore hope, dignity, and purpose to women facing life-controlling challenges. These challenges may include addiction, trauma, abuse, poverty, and emotional or spiritual brokenness.
At the heart of the program is a holistic approach that addresses the spiritual, emotional, physical, and social needs of every woman. We believe that true transformation begins from within, and through a Christ-centered model, women are empowered to rediscover their identity, rebuild their lives, and reintegrate into society with strength and confidence.

The Men’s Program at Teen Challenge Uganda is a Christ-centered residential recovery and discipleship program designed to help men overcome life-controlling challenges such as drug and alcohol addiction, destructive habits, trauma, and hopelessness.
Our goal is to guide men through a journey of transformation—helping them rediscover purpose, rebuild their character, and become responsible leaders in their families, communities, and society.
The program focuses on holistic restoration, addressing spiritual, emotional, social, and practical aspects of life.
Spiritual Development
Men are guided through daily devotions, Bible study, prayer, and discipleship that help build a strong foundation of faith and personal transformation.
Counseling & Personal Growth
Through mentorship, group sessions, and structured guidance, participants address the root causes of addiction, trauma, and destructive behaviors.
Life Skills Training
The program equips men with essential life skills including responsibility, discipline, communication, conflict resolution, and financial management.
Work & Vocational Training
Participants engage in productive activities and vocational training that help develop a strong work ethic and prepare them for sustainable livelihoods.
Structured Community Living
Living in a supportive and accountable community encourages positive habits, healthy relationships, and personal responsibility.
The Men’s Program is open to men who are ready to break free from addiction and life-controlling challenges and are willing to commit to a journey of change and restoration.
